We love Sparta, NJ in the springtime! We have many Sparta, NJ storage clients and they are a great group of people. The Sparta community revolves around a sense of family, and this month, we’ve compiled a list of not-to-be-missed events. Everyone is welcome to enjoy themselves and their peers at these wonderful events. As the saying goes, “This is Sparta!” and this is a great place to be!

• On April 22 at 5 PM, The Lake Hopatcong Foundation and Warehouse Grill are hosting a night fundraiser to support the Foundation’s mission for improvement to Lake Hopatcong. Dinner will be provided for all who attend. Parties of 5 should call ahead to (973) 663-2222 for reservation. This event will be located at 161 Route 181 N. Lake Hopatcong, NJ 07849. This is a great cause that should be shared with all loved ones.

• At the SCCC Performing Arts Center, Newton, NJ on April 24, the Tri-State Actors will be presenting Heels Over Head up until May 4th. Come enjoy a day out with family and friends by watching this amazing play.

• On April 24th, the Festival and FITNESS EXPO will be hosting a 5K and 10K in order to benefit Special Olympics of New Jersey. The event will happen at Sparta, NJ Main Street and will be a day filled with sunlight and positive spirits as families and friends gather round to support this great cause.

• 50 tables filled with vendors, crafters, and businesses will be set up at Dover American Legion, 2 Legion Place, Dover, NJ on April 27th. The event will start at 10:30 AM and will be ending at 3:30 PM, so come quickly to do your spring shopping! All admission to the marketplace is free.

• On May 4th at 45 Macculloch Ave, Morristown, NJ, the Macculloch Hall Historical Museum will be presenting the exhibit “Controversies” which presents challenging matters that inspire people to reconsider the ways in which they think about important and frequently debated issues such as medical experimentation, immigration, and the right to die. This exhibit is for those with open minds willing to face controversial topics. For more information, visit click here.

• The St Michael Italian Festival will be held at Waterloo Village Concert Field, Stanhope, NJ on May 29th at 5 PM. This is an all-ages event and gives families the opportunity to bond with food, music, rides, games, and fireworks. This is a nonprofit event to support the children of St Michael School. All donations and proceeds will be used to upgrade teaching facilities in order to help the kids get the education they deserve.
